Returns & Refund Policy

If you wish to return goods, you have a duty to keep them in your possession and to take reasonable care of them until you return them. Goods must be returned in their original condition, including immediate packaging, within 30 days.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Place the item into its original presentation box and make sure that the parcel is sealed securely. You should also place a copy of your dispatch note into the parcel.
If the item is in its original condition, we will exchange the item or if required, refund the payment to the card used to place the order.

Delivery Policy

If you require an item by a specific date please state this when ordering and we will do our best to get it to you by that date. Generally delivery time will be within 10 working days. However, certain items i.e. special orders, custom orders and out of stock items may take longer so please allow for this when ordering. For deliveries within the island of Ireland, we use registered postal service and will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery. There is no delivery charge for orders over €250.

Please also include a day-time contact telephone number that we can use if required. You are responsible for making arrangements to receive the goods and where goods are held at a delivery depot due to no one being there to sign for them, you are responsible for collecting the goods promptly. It is important you supply an accurate address.

Please note; if you are returning an item for whatever reason you must use registered post. If you do not use registered post you are accepting full responsibility if the item gets lost in transit and we Jewellery are not obliged to replace this item. It may not be possible for us to deliver to some countries. In this case you will be contacted and you will receive a full refund.

** Please note that any duty and/or administration charges incurred by your parcel being delivered overseas will need to be settled by you as we will not be held liable for these.

Repairs Service

Each item of jewellery is handmade and therefore may contain slight imperfections and some pieces may have slight differences. This by no means affects the quality of the silver/gold or the quality of the product. In the unlikely event that an item is damaged in transit please report this to us immediately. Damaged goods must be reported within 3 working days of receipt of goods. In the event of an item being reported within 3 days we will cover the cost of the return postage and will repair /replace the item. In the event of an item being broken or damaged by yourself, you may contact us and we may offer a repair service at a charge.

All materials, including images, illustrations, designs, site layout, photographs, written and or other text or script that are part of this site are protected by copyright, trademark, design right and or other worldwide intellectual property rights are owned by us.

All jewellery designs are copyright and belong to us. Legal action will be taken against any persons found attempting to copy, replicate, or make interpretations of our Jewellery designs. It is not permitted for any persons to use the House of Lor Jewellery name, for any reasons, other than House of Lor Jewellery. Any persons found replicating or making interpretations of any of the jewellery and/or designs belonging to us including all stories and written text, for commercial gain or otherwise, shall be in direct violation of copyright law and shall be legally liable for loss of earnings to us.
It is not permitted to use, reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from, or sell, or participate in the sale of, or exploit in any way any of the jewellery/designs/written text, on this site.
